BUNCH OF WITH PATHETIC SERVICE

On26/04/12 i opened an acc with the store and had goods delivered 2 weeks later but in pieces to ma dissappontment and it was not what i had choose from the shop 2 couches that were total differnt in colour and already sagging in a laid a complaint on the following day and i was promised it will be sorted out and nothing happened i called several times and was promised the same story until last week when they came and collected everything left ma house empty, they suggested i should come and choose something alse.which i did and i was told to wait for a new contract a week has gone by i am still waitin to make matter worse in december the broke into ma house reported the crime ma tv was among other good that i didi not buy from furniture city i did affidavits for all the goods and when i submitted it @ furncity to claim for insurance they now tell me that its was not insured ma insurance is for a coffe table worth a R1000 but when i took out ma contract @ 1st they forced me to take insurance and they specified that it cover all ma goods includin that tv and why would i insure a coffee table and leave thet most of the important stuff because i am not that stupid.
