Margaret at client service department is excellent

I went to Egdars Landros Mare street in Polokwane to do my normal shopping and the first lady i met at ground floor informed me that the is something wrong with my card i must go to the first floor at the customer service counter to get it fixed, then the first lady i met informed that my card is blocked but since it is a secondary card they are going to need my husband to replace the card for me, but Margaret was willing to assist me and informed her collegue that she does'nt see in problem with replacing my card while my husband is not there, she was exceptional in the service that she offered to me and i appreciate people like her who goes extra mile for her clients also putting their clients needs first, well done and i am impressed.
