Poor quality on stitching shoe (refund/exchange)

Dear Bronx,

I have purchased a Bronx shoes from Makro Woodmead and had wore the after 6 months of purchasing it. Purchase date - 17/04/2013 and within 3 uses of the shoe the stitching on the shoe had given up.

I had then taken the shoe back to Makro dated 06/12/2013 where Mr. Andile Mrubata and Mike Thepe assisted me. I was notified by them that the exchange period is 6 months after purchasing the item. For which I did not make use if the shoe for that specified period. I have left the item with Makro.

Can you please change the shoe as I am a very unsatisfied customer and would like to be assisted for this time consuming incident.

I only wear Bronx and this is the first time I have had an issue with your product
