Shopper Card not asked again!!!

Hi, This is the 3rd time that your teller has not asked for my smart shoppers card. I made a purchase of R180 and this is not small change!!! When I ASKED A MANAGER SHE SAID SHE CANT HELP ME IT'S DONE!!! Clearly she didnt feel like assisting me as I told her that my points can be allocated and she just didnt give a and acted as if she didnt know anything about that! They have since made a copy of my slip and card but to date I still didnt receive my points!!!
