NO Refund for incorrect debits fee incurred

I bought clothing from Mr. Price Online about 2-3 weeks ago. I received the goods timeously and my account was debited correctly. Last week, I however noticed that the same amount for the order was debited a further two times from my account (thus a total of three debits). The last debit also sent my account into arrears since I do not keep extra funds in this account. My bank duly charged me R120 for the fact that my account is in arrears (I do not have an overdraft facility). I have spoken to and e-mailed Mr Price's support centre numerous times, and are simply told it is being affected. On Tuesday, I received the refunds for the two incorrect debits, but not the fee that was incurred. I e-mailed them again and was simply told they are still busy with the refunds. I feel this is unacceptable, not only did they take my money without authorisation, but kept my money for more than week before refunding and are now stalling to refund a fee which was incurred due to their incompetence. HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR MY MONEY???
