I fully paid my Russell's account, and specifically told them not to try and debit again, last month they debited my account and there were not enough funds, so it bounced and the bank charged me for the bounced debit,

I want Russell's to stop debiting my account and pay me for the bank charges that I incurred because of them doing unauthorised debits
