Unauthorized debits

I have been a victim of unauthorised debits from nedbank for almost two years now. When i go to the branches they say there is no way they can prevent those debits and i should just close my account, i removed all my money from the account and the debits continued and now when i want to close the account they say i have to pay the negative balance incurred by debits bouncing from lack of funds. till this date the account is not close and the strange debits are still continuing. I have used all avenues including twitter to complain and once i talk to them privately, their story changes to we cant help you with your problem
