RUDE!!!

The cashier at the Sweets from heaven in Monti Casino was extremeley rude to me on Saturday 16/11/13 when i tried to exchange a packet of smokes when i realised i had purchased thewronh make. I was told that there is nothing they can do it was my mistake. I asked to show me the sign that said they do not refuns or exchange. the cashier then told me there is no sign and that her boss tols her that. i then advised her how can i as a customer know this if there is no sign in place. she continued for about 5 min refusing to help me exchange the cigarettes. I then requested to see her manager who without any question exchanged the smokes for me.
