MANUFACTURING DAMAGE ON GARMENT & BAD ATTITUDE

I bought a top on the 27/02/13 and only noticed when i wanted to wear it dat it was reject so due to my car being @ the garage and two deaths in the family, i never got around to exchanging it. However yesterday 2 days after the normal exchange period i took the top back with the tag intact and the top not being used. I explained to the cashier that if she has another top i wil gladly take it but she didnt and i asked her to order it . she had to call this Vimlan guy to authorise it and he refused saying that the 30 day was over, i explained to him that i would take another top and it had a manufacturing defect and i couldnt use the top as is. He refused, however another lady walked in@ that time and she said that it was not the first top that had a defect like that and it should be exchanged and it was in fact authorised by this Vimlan, he got upset and threw the top on the counter and told her lady that she should help me and i said she should. He thought i told him to shut up and i said I am not rude and he said i'm lucky, all this is happening while other customers were waiting to pay. He was rude and i dont think that his behaviour was justified. The other lady returne
