Excellent response to return of rancid food

Having been disappointed to buy fresh chicken from Woolies that was going off, I was really pleased at the way my returning the goods was handled. The supervisor didn't quibble when I told her the problem. She offered me a refund or replacement, without even wanting my receipt. In addition to taking a new packet of chicken she gave me a complimentary bottle of juice. Well done Woolies for a great job at turning around your fault! Thank you.
