Waiting for ever!!!

Hi please explain why Silverton and Watermeyer Park Clicks Pharmacy you wait for ever for them to assist you in looong ques and then with an attitude - I always have to go there for my mom and i think the service is awful i spoke to the manager at clicks Silverton on monday and all he said was they are busy - well im happy to say Dischem Glen Fair will be happy to get my moms business we were helped within 10 mins and we were done - the clicks in johannesburg are much better than those 2 in pretoria so i feel very sorry for who ever has spare time to waste
