I have today contacted the sterns head office to advise them of my complain and the lady "Gail" advised us that is not the store duty to display sign like no returns on good like earrings, are only allowed to display them by low on the till slips and she also speck's for other shops like Woolworth's, customers should be made aware of no refunds on things before buying and STERN NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF IN SHOPS OR THE PEOPLE HANDLING COMPLAIN THAT THE COMER IS AWAYS RIGHT STERN YOU ARE STEELING FROM CUSTOMER
