Pricing inconsistent with products

I am a regular shopper at Plantland Cornwall Hill, who regulary run specials.
Last week Sunday the 8th September 2013, I decided to check what prices were captured by the teller.
It became quickly clear that the specials were not loaded. It became necessary to query each price to ensure
that i WAS CHARGED THE CORRECT PRICE!! Today I ventured back, checking prices again the teller scanned a plant and subsequently overoad the price by R10-00, after quering the overide I requested the manager on duty, she said it was not her fault but managements fault for the price variances. How many people and at what cost for those of us who do not check what is wrung up. The question is THIS LEGAL and CPA complient.
