Shelf and till prices not same!!!

How many consumers get caught with this ''. I went to Clicks Parkrand, Boksburg yesterday to buy some Borstol. Shelf price some R55, and till price R3 more. EVERY TIME I go to Clicks, there is something wrong with at least one of the prices, and I mean EVERY TIME. WHY. Speak to the manager, and all she can say, is sorry.
After reading some hellopeter complaints, this seems to be common practise.
