Policy for refunds

I purchased in the store and was refused a refund by the store manager and had to call a higher power to get a refund, never the less the bad service and attitude from the customer relations person was disgusting.

I will never purchase from Earthchild ever again adn recommend that nobody else does either because you clearly not getting quality if they are not even proud enough to give refunds. disgusting service
