Bad customer service

I had purchased 3 beanies from earthchild last year. I paid over R300 for the beanies. My kids wore them for not longer than a day. The one beanie had its thread coming out and the other 2 were completely stretched out. I returned the beanies but was told that they will credit one but the other 2 needs to be washed and will go back to size... I was not satisfied with that as they were not able to wear the hats as they become stretched out after a few hours of wearing them...
I am a loyal customer to earthchild but was not treated as one...
They have no customer service skills and don't care about customer satisfaction
I will no longer be buying anything from earthchild
