American Swiss stop the "press"; there is a new Super Star in town. Her name is Elize Hartman, Manager from your branch at Highveld Mall, Witbank. Her friendliness and commitment to customer service was refreshing to experience. Thank you Elize!!
On Sunday, 5th May'13, my husband decided to surprise me with a wedding band set, seeing that my previous ring stone's fell out. This was reported to American Swiss for remedy.
To my absolute dismay and horror one of the stone's of the new ring had fallen out. We were so disappointed and dissatisfied with the purchase.
Monday, 6th May'13, my husband return the ring set and explained my sadness and depression to Elize. She jumped into action and found a new ring set for me. She also resolved the matter with my other ring, smoothly without any glitch.
Her patience's and empathy and the fact that she was prepared to go the extra mile to make a loyal customer happy was very much appreciated. Again, Thank you Elize!!
We hope that American Swiss can find some way of rewarding Elize and her team for their dedication and super duper customer service.
