Delivering furniture and leaving it with your neig

I bought a bed and mattress set from Electric Express, today 09/05/13 it was delivered but left with my neighbour without my consent. All my paperwork was also handed over to by neighbour, meaning that they now saw all my personal details regarding the purchasing of the bed. I am furious at this kind of service. I've phoned the branch manger of Electric Express Juanita and she said that she will speak to them which she did, one of the personell of JD Supplies Peter phoned me, saying that his driver did'nt contact him to inform him that we werent @ home. Thats not the point, duh, don't you train your people on procedures? He assured me that they will get back to me via e-mail on this matter. I am still wating for a response. I am disguisted at what happened!!
