Woolworths
Woolworths an inconvenience?

Shops, Products, Services

Good day

I was disappointed and somewhat irritated at the inconvenience I experienced in-store at the Jean Avenue branch (Centurion) this morning. Upon entering the store I was greeted with a display for mother's day. I was interested in the products displayed yet only two of the fifteen products displayed showed their prices.

I then had to request the prices. I inquired as to why not all the products on display (promotion) had prices to which I was told that "some have prices, some don't." I then somewhat sarcastically asked if I was to guess what the prices were? I was then informed that I could take the items to the till and the cashier could give me the price. How is this helpful to the customer, and is it my task to get the prices? Should everything in-store not be priced for convenient shopping? I would say that the convenience store just became an inconvenience!

Needless to say I was a little miffed at the whole situation and expect that sort of "behaviour" from Shoprite/Checkers or Pick n Pay.

I shop here two to three times a week. Please get this store to conform to Woolworths higher expected standards.
