I purchased a PC from incredible connection and it is now out of warranty, however the PC is now faulty and I need the parts to have it repaired, when I returned to the Store was told the product was not meant to last so long as its not the way it was build (Wonder what the manufacture thinks of this) however was told buy a new PC as the do not give any Support on out of warranty good purchased from them, WOW when I Queried this and said do I need to see a lawyer the Store manager started quoting the client protection act and That he is covered... and has no obligation in giving after market support. I came home got on to the Internet and to my dismay found not one but 5 of My rights as a consumer has been violated. naming Client protection Act. Part D, F, H and C The right to information and disclosure (when I purchased the PC was not told that once the warrantee has expired they will no longer provided aftermarket support, This in turn comes to section F of his so proudly protection... MISSLEADING sales representation and deceptive. To fair value and quality of, why was I sold something that was only built to last one year again I was miss lead on false pretence
