Paying account more than agreed period

I am currently paying my account more than agreement period of 36 month with no statements and proof. Upon requesting statements i have been told their systems are down or accounr manager is on leave. I suspect am finished paying my account as i bought only few items stand and tv so how can i pay this items for five years this is rediculous.
