NOT HAPPY!!

I have been making cash payments at a hi finance store every month I have cancelled the debit order due to them never taking off which I agreed of paying the bit extra because of it been cash payments.so instead of me paying 243 I pay 255 now I have these people hassling me with calls saying my account is in arrears. I receive my statements every month and I pay my installments.how on earth can I be in arrears it doesn't show on any of my statements and I am paying the extra on my account.phoned this people and I was told I must pay R300 and something why is that not showing on my statements? And why doesn't the people in the hi finance section tell me this? Surely they can see on the system if I am in arrears and the exact amount I'm suppose to be paying. I am not happy at all
