Unproffesional Staff

I should say I am very disappointed with the way Clicks which is regarded as one of the best pharmacy in South Africa have employed unprofessional staff member who don't show respect and treat customers the way they should be treated, yesterday i went to Clicks Sunnnypark at 17h01 to collect the prescriptions as my girlfriend was from the doctor so when we were on the queue all of the sudden comes this man and he said he want to close the pharmacy as there was an emergency so some pregnant woman tried to reason with him why and he just said he needs to close it and I asked if can get my girlfriend's medication and also the people who were on the queue since we have been in the queue for so long and since the other lady was pregnant and couldn't really walk and that guy said No they need to close so this other customer threatened him and said that he's going to call the head office since it was not even 18h00 which is their closing time and he said he doesn't care he can go ahead and call them, I was deeply saddened that he cannot even a talk to us politely or even help a pregnant woman and it showed me that this staff don't have proper training on how to talk to customer.
