Call centre agents have bad attitude

Got a call about 15 min ago. Its about my account at Mr price. I know it needs to be paid will do that on Friday. Guy phones to tell me that I owe R285 or something - couldnt really hear what he was saying cause the line kept breaking up, so the line eventually breaks up and he hangs up. 5 min after that a lady phones back, she explains the same thing, I say but I only received a statement for R55. I ask where is my other statement stating the other amount, she hung up the phone??!!! Really bad service, disgusting - If you can explain to me where that statement is, I dont have a problem paying the amount. Do not mail me a statement and then phone me to tell me that I owe more without a proper explanation!! I've only had this account for about a month and already I have problems
