THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!

Ever since day one I have had problems with Altech Netstar! Never in my life have I ever received such disgusting service, I am paying you for your service and this is what I get?? Horrible! Recently I received my statement as per usual to find that I am being billed for something i did not agree to! Sorting this problem out was a mission. No one could help me and I got transferred to 10 million different people. Eventually I got through to the right place and the lady assured me that this would be cancelled with IMMEDIATE EFFECT. A week later I get an SMS stating that I have defaulted on my payments and I owe the full amount on the statement that i received a week ago when the debit order had already come off for the normal amount! I dont owe anyone anything, my debit orders are always up to date and on time. I try query this SMS and upon getting through to a call centre agent, I received the worst attitude from her EVER! I slammed the phone down in her ear!! I will pay the cancellation fee just so I can get rid of this petty nonsense Altech has put me through! I am sick and tired of it. I WILL be going to a different Vehicle Tracking company!!!
