Terrible service and systems during sale

Good day.
I was in the Eastgate store on Saturday during the sale, and purchased 3 items. Of the 3, 1 (Sissy boy jeans) had a broken zip and 1 had the incorrect color given to us by a sales lady (levi's sneakers - asked for a ladies 5 in black, got a 5 in grey & didn't notice until we got home).

Furthermore, the 20% discount on the sneakers did not register when the items were cashed up. When we asked about it - we couldn't get it resolved at the till & had to go to Customer Services for something that should have been sorted out automatically by your POS system. It then took 15 min to explain to the untrained staff behind the counter, who clearly had NO clue what the to do when the system doesn't agree with logic (i.e. BIG signs saying 20% off certain things, but system doesn't register it).

Makes me wonder - the sneaker rack was almost empty (I also wanted a pair of Converse, but they didn't have my size) - just HOW many people bought those sneakers at supposedly 20% off, but got charged full price and just didn't notice?

So now - who's going to pay me back for the second trip back to the store to replace the 2 items? Train your staff, and check your merchandise!!!
