BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

So I needed to buy me a new pair of takkies/sneakers I walk up to the NIKE section and asked for a size 8, the guy that helps me come back and says sorry but we don't have a size 8 in stock and then he walks away, then I chose a other NIKE sneaker and then at the counter I was asked "where did you get that NIKE? " i was then told that this sneaker should not be on display "because their branch manager did not send out a email to say it can be sold!!! as as i was i kept myself calm and walked away... this store need better staff this is the 1st time that i came across this BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE since this store opened!
