I want to lay a complaint against Shoprite Ficksburg for poor service and poor knowledge of business practices.
I visited the Shoprite Ficksburg branch on 17 November 2013. When I got to the till I asked the cashier about the ebucks that FNB clients can earn. The cashier had no knowledge of this even though I showed her the advertising board that hung right in front of her. The cashier then called the floor manager who also had no clue what I was talking about. The floor manager them went into an office and left me waiting at the till for about 10minutes. I went to the office and asked the persons looking through files for information to find out so that they will be able to give me an answer next time I am at Shoprite.
I visited Shoprite, Ficksburg on 20 November 2013 at about 19h10 again. Again I asked the cashier what the payment method is if I want to earn ebucks as an FNB client and again the cashier had no idea what I was talking about. The cashier called another person to find out who also could not give me an answer. After another person was called, Mrs Ntlali, they read an mail with details about how I can use my ebucks to purchase goods at Shoprite. I then told the lady t
