I bought furniture and the sleeper couch was out of stock, so I paid for 2 months without the sleeper. The manager said I could take something else in its place as they could not get any stock (import) I then purchased a queen size bed and they opened a new contract for me. They said that the old contract was going to be cancelled as they were also busy going over onto a new Vision plus system. Every month I get a call from the call centre to say that I have 2 accounts and that I am in arrears. I keep paying and they seem to allocate it to the old account and that makes my new account look behind. I spoke to Gladys at the call centre and she did a conference call with Nomsa from the branch and requested them to cancel the old account and 30 minutes later I got a call from the call centre to say that I must pay R1700 which I did on 4 May 2013. Now I get a sms reminding me to pay again. there have probably been 20 calls from the call centre since last year and nobody bothers to take it further or leave notes on their system.

I am so fed up. What has become of our country's service delivery or is it just about the stores bottom line?
