Special on contract and was misslead abt it

I went for a contract at game for a cell c contract special on iPhone 4s r299 bt vusi the game consultant mislead me and sed the special was over meanwhile it was still on display and i went in the shop on 12/06/13. the cell c consultant was off tht wednesday. i reported the matter and the game ppl promised to take action and change my contract to the special price tht i initially reqsted. im very frustrated and stressed by this whole issue because its taking forever to resolve and they have really stressed me out. The most irritating issue is that Vusi pretends to have never seen me before and doesnt remember me. this guy clearly wanted commission and misslead me and its totally unfair. i dont knw if i can take this stress any longer frm this game west st durban.
