I have applied for a cell phone from game store in March and the application was processed until Cell c debited my account with the activation fee. After debiting my account i then requested that i change the deal from the one that was already processed to another deal, Cell c agreed to this change andf instructed game to use the same number that was already activated but game gave me a different number and it was again activated and my account was debited.

I reported this and was advised that i will be refunded and this was in March. Today is the 18.07.2013 and i have not had any feedback, have gone back to game twice and it seems like no one is following up on this as i have never been given a concrete feedback. Went yesterday in the morning and was advised that the person handling this was not at work and even now that person has not contacted me with feedback.

What should i do to get feedback? Will my money be refunded?
