I bought a Electrolux vacuum last year October at Northgate Game store but broke in March 2013. Took it back and they advised that they would find out the course and would advise. Turnaround time was 3 weeks. Two weeks later, got a call to fetch it. After fetching it, it was never fixed. Took it back to them and they advised that it was not repaired and forgot to advise accordingly. Knowing that I was angry, the manager confirmed that they would replace it with a new one. I accepted this but they did not have stock. They called other Game stores and Clearwater Mall branch had it. Instead of me fetching it, they offered to have it delivered to them so that I could fetch from them. When I went back to them, it was not delivered nor did they notify me. They fed me some nonsense about the branches not delivering. The facts did not seem right and this me off more. They gave me a voucher. They advised that they would receive more stock during that week. On the 05/04/2013, I went back again and they advised that they did not receive more stock. This is such pathetic service. They make promises that they do not keep and gave me the run around. What is Game going to do about this???
