LATE DELIVERY and Untruthfulness of consultant

I ordered the Mother's Day Swarovski deal on the 15th of April. Delivery states a lead time of 7 - 15 working days. Thus delivery should take place on 03.05.2013. When I phoned Daddys Deals they informed me that there was a issue with shipment and that is on speed post shipping on the 03.05.2013. The issue here is that 1) They did not notify anyone of the issue with the shipment and that the delivery will be late and 2) they gave me a tracking number which started with "RD" which according to the post offive is normal registered post and not speed post as this tracking number starts with TA or TC. I made all my payments in time and took the lead times given by them into my lead time calculations and now I don't have the gift that I paid for for my Fiance's birthday tomorrow the 7th of May. I am really upset with the after sales service and the regarding the speed post.
