My daughter mailed something to me with Speed service on the 23/12/2013 and its 28/12/2013 and it is still not at any Post Office. They told her that it will be at the post office before 13:00 on 24/12/2013.

I really feel that if you cannot deliver a service within one day as promised then you are someones money.

This is really terrible service. I will NEVER use Speed service again. The post office price is a quarter of the price of Speed service and they take the same time. I will rather use the Post office only from now on
