SA Post Office
Post not being delivered

Our post is extremely delayed (Sometimes arrives as a bundle, but you can see they are weeks apart) and in some cases never delivered. It's like the postal delivery person hoards the post until he feels like it and only then decides to deliver it or not at all. Once after we complained all the missing post was delivered the next day...
This has been an ongoing issue for almost a year.
My wife and I have contacted Mr Jakobs at Bellville depot countless times.
We have had a number of excuses. The temporary worker is a problem. They don't have enough delivery vehicles ect ect.
Every single time we are promised that the issue will be addressed and that we will be phoned back but it never happens. We are not receiving magazines and important bills which we pay postage for!
This lack of service and slackness of the delivery people is unacceptable.
We are extremelty frustrated with the post office's inability to resolve this issue.
Can someone from regional Cape Town office please get back to me and for once and all have this problem resolved.
