We just got off the phone for the 3rd time today. My husband called twice before, the service is shocking to say the least!! I even told the Post Office I'm going to write a complaint on Hello Peter, they just laughed and said they cant stop me and there is nothing they can do! The scenario: I ordered electronics online from a private seller. FACT: the item was sent via speed services yesterday by the seller by 9am! (I have an email at that time with the tracking number already!) Checked tracking number today just before 10am and it was still with status stuck in Cape Town! My husband called, they said the Post Office was late in collecting parcel, it would be delivered later today and someone would contact us to confirm time. They mentioned it might only be delivered on Monday! Speed Services used as I needed the item delivered today!! Why pay for a speed service if it arrives like normal post (if at all)? The other important complaint is the response from the customer call centre. I asked the person to check the tracking number. They refused to give me their name BUT asked who my husband spoke to! They just said nothing they can do manager has gone home and put the phone down!
