TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM TILLPOINTS AND MANAGER

At Hillcrest store the manager and till operators are extremely rude to clients. Head Office need to solve this issue. The fact that the manager is rude spills through to the staff. Trees get rotten from the top. I was not the only person complaining in the store on Sunday 05 May 2013.
