Replacement of faulty Samsung LED

We have been a customer with Teljoy for approx 2 years. A new 46 Samsung LED 3D Tv was delivered on 12 December 2012.
We reported a fault on the TV (9 Jan 2013), where there seems to be a problem with the processor of TV - speech is delayed, distortion of programs. The service technician came to check and had no idea what was wrong but admitted there was a problem. After having to follow up ourselves on the progress of the repair, we were informed that a report had not even been submitted.
A driver came to collect our TV on Tuesday 15 feb 2013, in order for it to be sent to Samsung for repair. he arrived with no box or protective packaging to transport the TV. The driver tried to return today without first contacting us to arrange a pick up
The TV has only been in use for 1 month and already shows a problem. You advertise that if there is any problem with the Tv it will be replaced not repaired off site. We have not been advised as to how long the repair will take.
It is unacceptable that we should be expected to pay full rental on a TV that we do not have in our possession. If we are to accept a loan unit it should be of an equal standard.
We expect this TV to be replaced
