I said you're coffee price is far too expensive compared with the rest of the franchises in my vicinity. You blame your process as reason for the high price?? Rubbish, that's your problem and your coffee is not the greatest

You say you remain competitive within your segment. This is thumbsucking. Let me give you some figures. Spur (Regular - R14.95, Refill - R9.95) Bugattis (Regular - R11.90, Refill - R5.90. O'Hagans (Regular - R11.00, Mega = Regular x 2 =R15.00) Mugg & Bean (Bottomless 3 varieties - R14.90) Dros (R13.95) Wimpy (Regular - R11.00, Mega 2x Regular - R18.50) KFC (Regular - R8.90) MacDonalds (Regular - R7.95, Large - R10.50)

Too summarize, an estimate of 88% higher than your cheapest rival, 31% higher on average per cup after the 1st cup, 26% above the average per cup after 2 cups.

Who is the WINNER?? SPUR STEAK RANCHES/ PANAROTTIS (same franchisor)

Good value for money, definitely not.

It seems that you follow a strategy: Offer value for money with specials, draw clients and make more profit with the rest of your menu.
