Disgusting expensive coffee

I used to stop at the BP Sibaya on a regular basis for a coffee and to fill up my car. For about a month now the new staff behind the cafe counter have such a terrible attitude and also the coffee is disgusting. I always order regular coffee with cold milk and I ask the lady not to make it too strong - This morning again it was so strong I couldnt drink it, when I complained she reluctantly took my cup and made me another cup that was so weak it could have been dishwater. Because I had paid, i had no option but to throw the coffee away as I left the store. The manager and owner were both standing in the store and heard me complain but failed to even ask me what the problem was. I will never go back for either coffee or my petrol...
