I received poor service, I wanted to pay my account at NWJ on 29 April 2013, at Clearwater Mall however upon my arrival the shop was empty (no customers) and staff of NWJ was playing in the shop, I asked one of the gentlemen that i want to pay my account, he looked to his colleage and he advised me the following, I have to wait for a statement from NWJ whereby on the back there is the Absa account number where I could make the payment, Because I am unable to pay at NWJ as they would have to put it as a purchase and which would reflect on my account not as a payment. The previous month I went to Kollenade NWJ to pay my account and I had no issue there service was excellent, I have not yet received any statement from NWJ as yet, This is ridiculous, how is one NWJ prepared to assist and the other not. In close my account is still not paid and this will at the end of the day reflect that i am a bad payer. This is not acceptable. I need this resolved asap.
