Reversal of charges / Incorrect statement

I've lost count of how many times I complained that the does not reflect the reversal of the unnecessary sms and call charges, plus a R500 payment made on 13 December 2012. Christine assured me via telephone conversation that a correction would be done, instead more sms and call charges are being added so that I pay forever, but why? After I paid R1 000 on May 25, 2013 they called to ask for a payment of R900 as settlement of the account even though they did not correct the statement. I asked for a statement as I wanted to be sure that I'm not being overcharged to no avail. I requested one today and still the charges are there and the R500 December payment still does not reflect. I've been paying by electronic transfer at Homechoice's FNB account. I want to settle this account as soon as possible but S Johns is preventing me from doing so.
