About stock

Hi very disappointed with this Reservoir Hills store, this is my first complaint I'm posting but this store is always angered me when they have a promotion they always do not have stock, how do you advertise if you do not have stock? Yesterday i called your store to find out if they had stock on pampers active size 4 i was told to hold then was put threw to Brandon who asked me what i needed and took my details and said he will call me back which he did and told me yes we have stock so i asked him again to confirm are you sure you have and it is the size and the 50% pack as advertised to which he replied yes, then i asked can you please keep one aside for me and i will come for it later to which he said don't worry we have plenty in stock only to make a special trip to your store and there is no stock when i call for Brandon he cane to the shelf showed me a size 4 then when i told him this is not the write size he told me OK come back tomorrow, the whole point of me phoning was because i needed it then and not tomorrow. Due to this i had wasted allot of time and money as i had to go to a different store.
