Went to Jet to return an inferior product (as it was dishwasher safe but when washed it melted). The cue was ages long as there was (as usual) a "shortage of staff" and only one person was helping at the till. As it was Jet's fault and inferior product which caused us to be in the store and return the product Jet should have assisted us and apologised for the inconvenience. Instead the query was handled with an attitude (by the manager of all people) and she insinuated that it was our fault (and not them as distributors) for returning the item. We were also told that we need to stand in the line with all the other buyers as she refused to assist us. This is unacceptable as it was not our fault. While we were still explaining she blatantly turned her back on us and walked away, gossipping in her language as she went. When we asked others to once again call her they just refused and ignored us. NEVER did we receive any sort of apology or service, and if the manager talks to customers that way and refuses to assist there is a big problem. Jet either needs to assist returns immediately as they arrive or they need a specific line just for returns.
