I was phoned by Woolworths to find out if I wanted to have an account and I said why not. So I gave them all the information and was told I can have the account.
15 minutes later I was phoned again saying that they contacted the wrong person and that they were very sorry. I completely understand this and this is fine. They then offered the account to me again.
They then returned my call saying that they need some more information. So I gave it too them. I was then told that they would call me to say whether I have been approved or not. I need to say that throughout all this she was very friendly.
BUT
I am still waiting!!!
I don't want the account anymore. Their service is terrible
