Bending the Price Beat Policy Rules

Saw a TV at Game on 30 April for R12999, another retailer had it for R8599. Contacted Game, Shane said he will call the retailer to confirm the price and get back to me. Shane says game will price beat by R440..told him will come in the evening, said thats ok he will inform his colleague. Go to game at 8pm, Siya and the Sales manager Jason say they can only price beat by R100 as Games promotional pricing on 01 May has the tv for -R9600 or so. Told them I am i store it is 30 April and all in store advertising has the price at 12999, therefore I should get the R440 off. They refused and blamed the systems saying systems already updated with new prices.

Emailed the Branch manager on 01 May... no reply!
