Little assistance when trying to pay account

I contacted Woolworths on the 16th of August regarding the payment of my account. They then sent an email through to MBD, contact person Tshegofatso Moruapheko, on the 30th August. Instead of giving me any information regarding the question I asked as to my balance and how I could pay it off, all I get sent is the attachment of the question I asked and an email stating "Please find information as requested"

I then replied asking for the information again and have heard nothing up until now.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone would get back to me so that I can get my account paid up, I know that times are tough for even collection agencies, but I didn't know that they would make it tough for someone that is actually looking to pay?
