Incompetent staff running the store like a spaza!!

I received the worst service ever at Foschini Mall of the north branch. i wanted to layby clothes and i was informed that i have to apply 1st. i was given a form to complete and after 30minutes if waiting i went to ask the lady who was assisting me and she said "oh i forgot to fax it' i was to told to wait and they will fax it for me, i waited for another 30min without feedback, i went back to the queue to check the progress and they said 'oh its ok now'. the cashiers were so playful infront of customers, went on & on about their personal gossip infront of us they are running that store like a spaza shop. i told them that i am based in pta and i want to give my mom my ID and card so she can pay the off the layby and collect the clothes, Shalati told me that it is impossible, i spoke to the manager Nelly and she was not even able to reason with me, she told me to stop the layby or forfeit the money that i have alreay paid. how possible is that? even on your webpage the refund policy is not there. should i drive from pta to plk just to collect clothes? this is pathetic and pure madness. i am not going to do it, my mom will collect the clothes and thats IT! change your attitude pls!!
