Shocking Service!!

I bought a pair of Adidas 3/4 tights for my wife on Friday evening. We had it washed with a load of other clothes, only to find that the tights has a hole on the side. I took it back to the store and i was refused a refund or a swap out. Now apparently adidas will need to investigate. This is shocking, I paid R449 for these tights... now without my wife even wearing them, the blame is been passes onto us. Seriously, I no longer want a swap out, i want my refund by Wednesday this week or I will be taking this matter further.
