I have purchased a 'TAKE TO THE SKIES WITH THE 48CM YELLOW AND BLACK HELICOPTER FOR ONLY R449, VALUED AT R899 INCLUDING DELIVERY' on the 08 April 2013. I did receive delivery but the remove controll does not work. I have contacted the call centre on 0861 333 257 and emailed [Email Removed] on the 29 April and to date no response. Please can someone contact me urgently on 074 959 1899 to either refund my money or replace the remote that is not working.
